1. Definitions & Positioning
Mindirix LTD (“Mindirix”, “Company”) is an operational architecture and intelligent systems firm providing strategic, structural, and implementation services to organizations. These Terms govern access to Mindirix platforms, engagement in diagnostics, and use of all deliverables. By accessing or engaging with Mindirix, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms in full.
2. Controlled Access & Engagement Eligibility
Mindirix does not operate as an open-access service provider.
2.1 Qualification Requirement: Engagement requires completion of the Operational Intelligence Assessment (OIA) and internal review. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
2.2 No Entitlement: Mindirix reserves the unrestricted right to accept or decline clients, or terminate access at any stage.
2.3 Structured Model: All engagements follow: Diagnose → Architect → Commit → Implement → Optimize → Expand.
4. Client Responsibilities (Critical)
4.1 Data Integrity
Accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all provided information is the sole responsibility of the Client.
4.2 Operational Access
The Client must provide timely access to systems, personnel, and infrastructure required for delivery.
Dependency Acknowledgment
All outcomes depend on execution quality and internal discipline. Failure to meet these conditions does not create liability for Mindirix.
6. Payment Terms & Financial Enforcement
6.2 No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Mindirix immediately allocates strategic capacity and technical bandwidth upon engagement.
- Payment is due immediately upon invoicing (Max delay: 5 days).
- Late fees of up to 3% per month may apply.
- Mindirix reserves the right to withhold deliverables for unsettled accounts.
7. Intellectual Property & Methodology
All materials, frameworks, AI logic, and systems remain the exclusive property of Mindirix.
7.3 Strict Prohibitions
The Client shall not replicate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative systems based on Mindirix methodologies. Any attempt to reconstruct frameworks outside the scope constitutes a material breach.
10. AI & Systems Disclaimer
Mindirix utilizes AI-enabled systems. Results depend on input quality and external variables. Mindirix does not guarantee predictive accuracy, specific financial outcomes, or performance improvements. Results are strategic and advisory.
13. Data Privacy & Protection
13.1 Collection & Use
We collect contact, usage, and assessment data to deliver services and improve systems. Data is never sold.
13.4 Your Rights
Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, or deletion of data via ai@mindirix.com.
